  House extension and remodelling

  The architect was knowledgeable and helpful, and the package provided by HB Cheam was very attractive. Our only issue was with the document management and comms system used to share plans etc with us as customers - the system was not user friendly and seemed unnecessarily difficult for members of the public to navigate. Fortunately, HB Cheam have taken the decision to stop using it and change to the much simpler use of emails with attachments to communicate with thier customers.

  Happy Building provided an excellent service to kick off our project: to convert the garage into a downstairs bathroom and utility room, build a new porch and reconfigure upstairs bathroom and toilet. Very clear on their service and our expectation, prompt provision, and very professional attention to detail. Geo was excellent at keeping us informed, provided insightful suggestions, and made sure he acted on our preferences. All resulting in detailed plans and planning application submitted. Excellent start to the project - I thoroughly recommend Geo and Happy Building.

  Complete Redesign of our home

  Geo did an incredible job designing our home. He was thorough with his design notes and made sure that all the inputs from us were considered. Geo gave us a great functional ideas including aesthetics about what’s feasible and always directed us towards the best and efficient design, always keeping our requirements in mind!   Plans for a new garage and supporting planning application

  Happy Building helped us to explore the options for maximising the space we have available for or garage and workshop. They presented two options and we could consider the benefits of each. The online portal was really useful for communications but the commenting option for the drawings could be improved to allow you to more accurately identify the spot on the drawing you are referring to.
