  Lock adjustment

  Steve attended to correct a front door lock which was not engaging correctly. He suggested the most appropriate solution without 'over-treating' the problem and it has worked perfectly! Very grateful for the on-the-day service!

  Key safe installation

  Steve, from Harrow Security was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to install a key safe for me very hastily as I was expecting my frail elderly aunt to be discharged from hospital and needed this in place prior to her arrival home. He was very polite, arrived on time and did everything you would want a first class tradesperson to do.

  Fit front door locks

  Steve made having the locks on my door re-fitted a delightful experience! I wanted to use an old Yale lock but didn’t have a matching keep. Steve was enthusiastic about my choice to use the vintage materials and sorted an elegant solution. He clearly takes great pride in his work and I would recommend him to anyone.

  Change of lock in back door

  Steve responded quickly and professionally to my call and visited the following day (my call was not an emergency; Steve made it clear on the call that had it been so he would have visited the same day). Steve changed a 5-lever mortice deadlock quickly and professionally, and supplied 8 keys. He also adjusted the strike plate of another lock. Steve was thorough, polite, quick, and professional. He's now my go to locksmith.

  Very reliable and prompt reasonable quote followed by remarkably punctual and timely service with professional manner and old boy charm. Old school service with a cheery smile and doffed his cap too as he left. He went above and beyond. Gave good security advice too. Thoughtful.

  I was locked out of the house

  I contacted Harrow Security because I locked myself out of the house. Steve managed to open the door without damaging the lock of door and he let me back into the house within 15 minutes.
