Removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler.
We moved into a new property and realised that the previous owners had a back boiler in the chimney breast. Very old school! We decided to rip it out and get a new combi boiler which also required some new pipe work. Heart to heat did a fantastic job of getting the old boiler out and getting in the new one with new piping within 3 days! There was always courteous and constant communication. I highly recommend this company no regrets!

Replaced old boiler/installed new boiler
This is the 2nd time Heart to Heat using their service. Very professional job completed. The work undertaken was fully explained prior to commencement.The new boiler is a quiet! Would definitely recommend this company.

Reconfiguring drain pipes and leaking boiler
We got stuck with two problems that seemed related but weren't: a blocked kitchen sink and water leaking from the boiler above it. A mystery, which was solved by Andy's patient but analytic approach. It turned out the problem with the boiler was easily fixed in a few minutes, and the drain pipe from the sink was block one floor down. Andy worked out where the problem was, sorted out the 1980s pipework nightmare, and finished the entire job in little time and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Gas safety check.
Andy is very friendly and professional. He’s done our gas safety for the last three years. This time round he identified that the meter was leaking- he made sure I knew exactly what to do to sort it out. The office team are lovely too.
