  Professional and personable, got the job done well

  Plumbing emergency! Used Checkatrade on Sunday night, got an almost immediate response from Heathstead. Very professional person called me to ask for more information, and to send photos. Received quote and an appointment time, shortly after. I was happy to book as a friend had also used Heathstead via Checkatrade and had recommended them to me. They were super helpful in trying to arrange a time that fitted my work schedule. Tjay was excellent - very professional and personable. He got on with the work, very happy with the standard, and he explained everything very clearly. Will use again.

  Very Quick & efficient work

  Was very happy with the service. Was very prompt and communication was constant across the job. I even got a follow up call a few days later to make sure all was still working well. Will definitely be coming back when I have other jobs.

  Water Leak Detection

  Water leaking through seal

  I had water seeping through the water seal and their engineer did the job in 15min. Very professional, efficient and quick! I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future! Highly recommend them!!

  Central Heating

  Pesky F9 fault on boiler

  I had a problem with my boiler its was constantly displaying a F9 fault I contacted the guys at Heathstead and they sent an engineer within yhe hour he diagnosed and fixed the problem really quickly and I’ve had no problems since the price quoted was very good and i would highly recommend this company
