No solution to the problem, terribly unfriendly management
I have booked an hour of an engineer's time to repair a problem with our boiler. The guy turned up and very quickly determined the problem, left after 10min and said the repair would have to be a separate booking. When I called Heat Plan to complain that this had not been made clear to me when booking, and that I had expected to get a full hour of service, the manager I spoke to got very aggressive. When I said I could revoke the payment he threatened to 'come and take bits out of my boiler', then hung up. I'm still shocked at the level of aggressive unfriendliness of this company.
