  Had low pressure with the bath hot tap. Which has been a on going issue for months

  So from the first phone call. To the guys coming round to first to do a quote, to the guys that came round to actually do the job. Has just been a great experience. Very professional. And when speaking to Damien at the office. Again very professional and actually thought about what really needed to be done before anything was done. And also very quick and very professional . Well done to everyone and involved. Keep up the great work.

  Professional, clean , local and fixed our Valliant boiler

  I had a F27 fault on our Valliant gas boiler. On the first visit last week this was diagnosed as a faulty PCB board. Today the PCB was replaced , the boiler was serviced and other works were carried out as agreed per their estimate. Really happy with the outcome with our boiler now back in action. We also had the boiler serviced in addition to the PCB replacement. Both Heat Tech engineers were professional in their dealings taking time to explain the issues and discuss potential solutions. We have used Heat Tech previously and would recommend them to any potential customers.

  Super efficient central heating from a super efficient company

  I had a thirty year old floor standing boiler that started kettling. Charlie recommended a replacement Vaillant combi boiler with upgraded radiators. Francesco, Tom and Lewis did the installation working professionally and to a very high standard, answering any questions and showing me how everything worked. Charlie's expert knowledge, Francesco's installation and team leading skills, and Tom and Lewis' hard work meant the week went smoothly by and I am now the proud owner of a super efficient central heating system. I highly recommend Heat Tech and will definitely be using them again.

  Frankie at Heat Tech

  Don’t get fooled by Frankie’s ‘Dorian’ looks, he may be young but he has the experience and expertise of a professional way beyond his years. Not only quick and efficient but he solved the problem with my ancient boiler. Identified the part and confidently fitted and presto hot water again. Very polite and respectful - an asset to Heat Tech! Frankie has worked diligently for the company for many years - I can highly recommend this engineer whose customer service is exemplary - thank you Frankie!

  Top boiler repair.

  Heat Tech are a great company to deal with and their engineers are always helpful, friendly and prompt. The final part of our work was carried out late on a Friday afternoon and there were a few issues but Francesco was excellent and definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had our hot water back on for the weekend. Thank you Heat Tech and thank you Francesco.

  Would definitely recommend

  Extremely efficient and friendly service. Engineer was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got held up but called to let us know. Was a pleasure to deal with them.
