  Faultless experience, professional and efficient

  From start to finish the service was outstanding. We’ve been let down by so many trades people and the lack of communication from others is awful, it was refreshing to have a company act so professionally. The communication was incredible, the contractor was professional and very knowledgeable. They left the site very clean and tidy each day. We were kept up to date with the progress at each stage and everything explained and the issues we had were shown and demonstrated. Quick response times and efficient. We will recommend them to everyone.

  Simon was brilliant. Worked hard throughout the 2 days with us and kept us fully informed. Really reasonably priced and exceptional service when fitting and preparing our new boiler. We are very grateful and will be seeking his help again in the future.

  Superb service

  Fast response to boiler issue, full explanation of boiler issues in a customer friendly way. We were so impressed with communication and promptness we opted for a whole new boiler rather than throwing money at the old one. Supplied and fitted super-fast, excellent communication throughout process. Turned up when they said. Attention to detail, neatness and cleanup was amazing. All round amazing service.

  Boiler leak

  Simon was great! He came out and identified the problem quickly and then was back within a couple of days to fix it. Really nice, professional and friendly company. Also managed to come of a Saturday and an evening for us which was great.

  Fast and Friendly and a customer for life now

  I had an issue with my (very old) boiler, It had started to leak and I had intermittent hot water. Helikon Plumbing and Heating responded immediately and by the end of the day had assessed the boiler. Simon talked me through the issue and gave me my options. I had moved into the property 9 years ago and never had the boiler serviced, so it was in a bad state, I thought I might need a new boiler, so I went with that and 4 days later I have been brought into the 21st century with a brand new boiler fitted. They have a customer for life now. Any plumbing needs they will be the first I call.
