  Installed a solar panels and battery installation with ancillary roofing work. All work completed to a very high standard. Steve from Helpin U Solar was great at explaining the whole process from start to finish. He ensured everything was done as promised, acted quickly on any issues and answered my many questions on this new technology. The tradesman used were exemplary - very polite, did a great job and cleaned up all the mess and rubbish afterwards. I would not hesitate in recommending this organisation.

  Solar panel installation

  Help in u were excellent from beginnng to end of the process. Our house is old and a bit tricky to access some of the roof parts. Steve’s initial visit and follow ups were reassuring and his approach very pragmatic. The quote was detailed and they kept to it in terms of both cost and timing. Have to mention how good the after sales support has been. This has been our first solar panel fitting and so we have had lots of questions and concerns ( we have poor WiFi coverage) and Josh and Steve have been regularly on hand to help. Thoroughly recommend Help in U.

  Fitting of solar panels, battery and ev charging point.

  Having made an enquiry Steve arranged to come and have a look. He could not have been more helpful and as it turned out knowledgeable. He looked at the house and options and gave lots of, as it turned out, good advice and good recommendations. We had an acceptable quote and then a mutually agreeable fitting date. The teams turned up on time and could not have been nicer. Scaffolders were careful around the property. The fitting team, Liam and Anthony, again were very professional and neat and tidy. Simon the electrician was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional.

  HelpinU Solar Duracell Battery Installation. Great Service.

  We have been thinking about having solar panels installed on our roof and we had a number of quotes provided from plans, but after contacting Duracell, Steve Cameron from HelpinU Solar arranged a site visit and advised too install a battery only solution. HelpinU Solar came and fitted 20kws of batteries and inverter in our garage connecting to our house electrical supply. The installation was extremely neat, very professional and carried out on the date agreed. Throughout everybody was friendly, very helpful and could be contacted at any time. We are very pleased with the whole installation.

  Solar Panels

  My criterion for fitting solar panels was that the company should be local and be able to explain, in layman's terms, how it worked. My first (and last) call was to HelpinU Solar. Steve Cameron visited, explained the procedure and gave an estimated cost for the panels. Within a week I had 8 panels fitted and a smart meter that is only showing the daily standing charge. The fitters were polite, cleaned up as they went along and seemed to be fueled by tea and coffee. They answered every question I asked in layman's terms, and didn't make me feel silly for asking.
