No complaint very good service.
I found the service offered was very good. From first contact to installation I can not fault. the instal of our solar battery was carried out by two very polite electricians. New solar panels and battery

Solar, Battery system and Car Charger
I used HelpinU to install a solar battery system and car charger after an initial visit from Steve. Steve and their office team kept me informed of progress with the G99 application and installation date. The scaffolding was put up a few days in advance and taken down soon after completion. The roofers arrived at the agreed time, wearing company uniforms, were polite and considerate, wearing overshoes when they had to enter the house. The commissioning electrician and his apprentice were polite and kept us informed of progress. The system once turned on has worked better than expectedJob location: BS2110 Renewable Energy

Solar Panel and Battery installation and ancillary roofing work
Installed a solar panels and battery installation with ancillary roofing work. All work completed to a very high standard. Steve from Helpin U Solar was great at explaining the whole process from start to finish. He ensured everything was done as promised, acted quickly on any issues and answered my many questions on this new technology. The tradesman used were exemplary - very polite, did a great job and cleaned up all the mess and rubbish afterwards.
