Replacement patio
Ashley quoted us for replacing the tiles on our first floor patio of about 30 square metres. He explained how he had arrived at the figure quoted and when he would be able to start the work. He and his team duly arrived on the agreed date and carried out the work in the time we had expected. His team were always polite, professional and hard working and the work was of a high standard. He was also helpful in identifying a small amount of extra work that would help ensure we have no future leaks onto the garage roof below.

Ashley and his team recently did some work on the floor of my house and worked really hard to get it done in time for Christmas and I cant thank them enough. Ashley was clear about costs fron the outset, and as I had to relocate whilst the work was carried out, he gave me excellent daily updates regarding the progress of work including photos and phone calls. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and on time. Ashley and his team also left the area spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, will definitely use again. Thanks and Merry Christmas

Outbuilding Conversion
High Grade Builders have delivered multiple projects for us and we would highly recommend them. They've recently finished an outbuilding conversion on a historic stone building and the result is top tier - excellent communication, workmanship and knowledgeable advice throughout. Will definitely be using them again in future!

Excellent installation of two new bathrooms
