Fixing a worn and broken toilet cistern with new parts and changing the isolation valve.
Thanks for sorting my toilet! With everything in this 1930's house, there were issues but the plumber had the skills and experience to deal with them quickly and effectively. Booking, payment and general communication was easy and straightforward. I would use again.

To replace a monoblock tap on the bathroom sunk
The company asked a number of key questions and answered ours prior to starting the job which helped us choose them as they showed interest. The tap was not available retail but we sent through pictures and the company did a great job in tracking down a tap that was very similar. The plumber arrived on time and took less than an hour. I’ve never worked with a plumber that worked so tidily before - absolutely nothing to clear up afterwards and their invoice/receipt was emailed through promptly afterwards.

Leaking valve at the back of the loo- needed the stop cock replaced.
Excellent work. Was really polite and helpful when called as an emergency on the weekend. Arranged to come in the afternoon and provided accurate diagnosis of the problem and sorted it all out in an efficient manner and at a very reasonable price. Thank u so much for the work you did and getting it all sorted on the weekend. We are so grateful.
