  honest, efficient, reliable and professional

  My ancient boiler did not pass its annual test. Vince at HOCU gave me clear objective advice as to how to choose a new boiler according to my individual circumstances, giving me advice regarding the pros and cons of each system. There was no pressure to make my choice quickly. I was given a fair estimate which compared favourably with other quotes. the system was installed promptly and professionally. The team cleaned up at the end of each day and took great care to minimise disruption, they were polite and respected our home.

  A very satisfied customer 😀

  Vincent came and serviced my boiler and fixed my toilet. He even had the parts on his van. Didn’t have to wait long for a visit . Came on time and respected my property by wearing overshoes. Explained what he was doing then sent an email covering the completed work. Charged a good price. Would recommmend . Have used HOCU for many years.

  Phenomenal!

  We have used Hocu before for a new boiler. Now we have moved, we had no hesitation in asking Hocu to replace the boiler and some other works to the system. It is rare to find a company in which you have absolute faith. And Hocu is that company. From visiting to assess the work to installation and follow-up the service has been exceptional. The heating engineers worked so hard and were efficient, polite and explained the works they had carried out and how to use the heating. 5 stars from us!

  came out to fit new pipes and cap off gas following gas leak

  Response time for this was excellent. Came within a few hours. Work is of very high quality and the engineer was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10

  Could not recommend HOCU high enough!

  I genuinely could not give HOCU enough praise! From the moment we called them regarding a boiler issue to the moment they finished work at our property they were absolutely fantastic. We required a new boiler to be fitted and some works under our bath, for which the price from HOCU was very competitive. On the day of the works HOCU were at our property for 11 hours working tirelessly and you would not know they were ever there as everything was spotless when they left. If you need any works carried out, I could not recommend this company higher!
