  Quality Service and Advice

After a quick visit to see what the problem with the door was Chris came back and sorted the issue with a service and gave advice to avoid the need for replacing any parts with unnecessary cost. would definitely use again if required.

  Recommended locksmith

The locksmith responded very quickly and came out within an hour or two. He was very friendly and very good at his job. He managed to sort out three problematic locks for the cost of his reasonable call out charge. I am very happy to recommend him based on my experience of his work. From Alan H

  EXCELLENT SERVICE

It was easy to make contact, and to make an appointment, in order to review the malfunctioning door handle. It so happened that as Chris was in the local area, he was able to stop by in order to assess what the proble was with the handle. He knew prior to dismantling the hanle what had gone wrong. Once removed his diagnosis was correct. Unfortunately a new handle and mechanism was required, but should the internal workings ever fail again, they could easily be replaced without the additional cost of new handles. Chris returned the following day to fit the new handle. EXCELLENT SERVICE

  Prompt efficient quality service

Chris was a pleasure to do business with. He fitted us in at short notice and gave costs over the telephone before seeing the job. He identified the issue quickly and resolved it on the first visit, having all the parts available on the van to replace the door gearbox and the lock cylinder. As well as resolving the issue encountered (cylinder only turning 1/4 turn and key stuck in the lock) everything works so much better now.
