EXCELLENT SERVICE
It was easy to make contact, and to make an appointment, in order to review the malfunctioning door handle. It so happened that as Chris was in the local area, he was able to stop by in order to assess what the proble was with the handle. He knew prior to dismantling the hanle what had gone wrong. Once removed his diagnosis was correct. Unfortunately a new handle and mechanism was required, but should the internal workings ever fail again, they could easily be replaced without the additional cost of new handles. Prompt efficient quality service
Chris was a pleasure to do business with. He fitted us in at short notice and gave costs over the telephone before seeing the job. He identified the issue quickly and resolved it on the first visit, having all the parts available on the van to replace the door gearbox and the lock cylinder.
