Excellent support from Holts
The Engineer arrived on time, very quickly identified the problem and then resolved it. He explained clearly what he had done and the steps that I should follow if the problem reoccurred. Throughout his visit he was most helpful and patient. He was a real credit to Holts and I will have no hesitation in asking for their help again, should I need it.

Emergency lighting testing and alarm checks
Nige was very friendly, helpful and professional. He arrived at the time booked and explained clearly what he was going to do. He thoroughly tested the Emergency Lighting and identified a fault which will be rectified the following week. I learnt alot about many aspects of fire safety from asking him questions which is so useful going forward. I was very pleased to get a Fire Safety Log book for our flats. I thought I would have to produce my own so that was fantastic. Very pleased with all aspects of the visit. Thank you Nige. I can thoroughly recommend Holt Alarms!

Upgrade of intruder alarm.
Very old system kept having issues. Parts no longer available. Engineer was very good and went above and beyond to try to fix. End up installing a new system. Communication and assistance throughout has been brilliant on the phone and in person. Very friendly would recommend this company to everyone.
