  Internal doors fitted

  This guy Alex damaged our floors, our walls and the new doors. He kept saying he was the expert but Did not have the right equipment. Sliding door to the en-suite has not been fixed with recommended fittings to the top of the door as he said he would, so dangerous, and not Installed level. Screws missing in hinges. When shown All his damage he only admitted to 4 bits of damage to the walls and ceiling when there is a lot more.

  Paid some damages for some small marks on walls that were made by loading materials in. Customer said he had reinforced wall for new rail. Hadn’t been done which required the rail to be removed again causing damage. I then arrange to return again following day, which was cancelled by customer. And then re arranged for monday. After completing job, The customer didnt want to do a snag list with me. I asked many times. And was asked to leave after being shouted at by his wife. Later was rang by customer with abuse from both. I offered if i could Do anything to move forward and they said they’re going to sue me. And hung up.

  Disassembled racking and rebuilt and fixed in new location

  Neat and tidy work, came in out of office hours so didn't disturb anyone. Shelves were moved to the correct places and have opened some spaces up for us. Will be using Home Care and Repair again for our Office Maintenance works

  Fire doors not shutting, sank top hinges to allow doors to close properly

  Tidy, professional, polite. Asked Home Care and Repair to come in to fix our fire doors as they weren’t shutting properly. Came in next day to do the work and was prompt, efficient and tidy.

  Tv wall bracket fitted, clip frames put up

  Very tidy and courteous. Asked to do out of office hours as got Alex in to do some work around the office. Was in the next day after speaking with him. Alex is now our go to man for everything maintenance in our office in Exeter.

  Did a really good job with the doors I needed fitted did it no problems, came and quoted for free. Good job.
