Boiler service and repair
Did the work as agreed, price as expected and was a nice enough fella, although timekeeping wasn't great. It may be standard practice for plumbers but as he had to take the boiler front off to do the service it didn't seem reasonable to charge an extra hour labour to swap out a part. Boiler repair

Radiator fixed
Chris was asked to come and fix a radiator. He came and completed the work within an hour and said if it wasn’t working just get in touch. The radiator worked well but the following day we realised the hot water in the house was now not working. I contacted Chris via what’s app (as this is how we had previously communicated) and told him the problem and asked him to come back the following day. He read the message more or less straight away and has ignored the message. New Boiler
