  Roof replacement and internal alterations

  We are delighted with the quality of the work carried out at our home by HPR Ltd. The team replaced two roofs and prepared one for the installation of a substantial roof lantern. They also removed part of an internal wall and installed oak pocket doors, totally transforming the functionality of the space. Every member of the team worked with skilful efficiency and the job was completed in a very timely manner. Should we require further building work in the future, HPR Ltd. Will be our go to company.

  House renovation, extension demolished and rebuilt

  I was very pleased with the high standard of work completed and was kept informed throughout about ongoing progress and any issues. Work started on the agreed date and any queries I had were dealt with either by email or in person promptly. I would recommend this building company to anyone. The finished result looks amazing.

  Knock through to create open plan living area, with bifold windows, porcelain tile floor, new kitchen

  I cannot believe how wonderful my new living space is! And it was achieved so easily, quickly and at a good cost. Everything is finished to a high standard, the work was carried out by lovely guys, who tidied away each day and let me know how progress was going. I continued working and they just kept on working. I love my new living area. I recommend this company.

  Approximately 18months ago we fitted a new bathroom/ Shower room, also new flooring in the hallway, new interior doors to the complete house and then carried out redecoration to many areas of the property to which the customer was extremely happy and asked us if we could provide a quotation to build them a rear extension, which we was happy to do. We then built the rear extension that included fitting a kitchen and associated works, this was completed to a high standard and checked and signed off by building control. The customer was extremely happy with the completed extension. This work was carried out approx. 1 year ago. Since then we have made a couple of visits to carry out some very small snags that inevitably occur with building projects. We believe that due to the time of completion unless there are any serious issues with the work carried out, anything else should be down to general maintenance and upkeep of the property. I would like to assure all our potential customers that we offer a very professional service and try our upmost to sort out any problems should they occur.
