Changing a lock and replacing two broken window mechanisms
Steve is both a true professional and an absolute gentleman. He responded very promptly to my initial enquiry and changed a lock and replaced two broken window mechanisms for us in no time at all. The costs for his labour were reasonable and well-deserved, and his cheery personality is a bonus.

Open jammed door
I contacted Hugo Locksmiths who turned up within the hour and took time (and several attempts) to fix the problem door. Options were provided in order to reduce cost which was very useful for an unplanned incident. I was kept informed at all times during the work and was ok with resolution. Many thanks to Steve.

Remove broken security van lock
I accidentally stupidly snapped a key to my van vault box with my tools inside So making myself unable to work on my job He was here within 30 minutes as promised He carefully drilled the lock not only to free the broken key but he enabled me to use the same lock with the spare key I had
