Efficient and trustworthy
Had my annual boiler service carried out by Ben. I have been using HydroHeat Boiler Installation for the past 5 years. Ben is highly knowledgeable in his profession and keeps up to date with the latest technology. Ben is always punctual, very respectful of my property, he’s very thorough; checks gas meter, goes up into the loft to check out all the pipe works. Ben values his customers and I find his pricing more than reasonable in these times of cost of living. New boiler install - 5 star service
Ben has serviced the boiler for me for several years and has always been polite, knowledgeable, is hardworking and very competitively priced. We believe in transparency and keep our pricing crystal clear, we will never charge you any extra without discussing the extra costs with you first, so you'll never be in for a surprise.
When it comes to boilers and central heating we really know our stuff but if there's something we don't know then we'll make it our job to find out, we'd rather be sure and get things done first time.
I'm not going to promise you that everything always goes to plan, let's face it, the world we live in isn't perfect and we're talking boilers and central heating systems here, but I can promise you that if something popped up, we will support you and make it our personal duty to get you back up and running again as quickly and smoothly as possible.
