Fixing a leaking Cistern.
Ian contacted me very quickly, which was great. He came in the following day to access the job and give an estimate. He said the job could be done on Friday. Unfortunately due to him being very busy that did not happen. The job was completed the following Monday.Verified reviewerJob location: TA2RPeter K9.67 Shower Installation

Now sorted with a hot shower again, hurray!
Lovely tidy job, brilliant to have a good hot shower again. Also fitted new toilet seat, left paper work and reminded me to register the shower. Very pleasant.Job location: EX410 Plumbing Repairs

Polite, courteous and skilled
We called Ian because the tank in the loft was leaking. Ian arrived thirty minutes earlier than he said he would. He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it in less than a half hour. He was polite, courteous and gentlemanly throughout the visit and, if we ever have future plumbing problems, Ian is the man we will call.Job location: TA1010 General Plumbing

Excellent Emergency Response
Ian was able to come out the same day to fix an emergency cistern issue. He was clear and upfront about the call-out charges, and once he'd collected the necessary parts, he completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely be keeping his details for any future plumbing work and would happily recommend him to others. Thank you.Job location: TA21
