Tried really hard to keep tidy while installing new tap. Ian went the extra mile and added two valves so i am able to switch the water off in the future directly below the sink.

Ian was able to easily perform our install very competently. He was thoughtful about the parameters for the job, planned ahead for the parts he'd require and came up with an option the required the least disruption possible. He was also very flexible, he was able to drop by a day early to help us disconnect our old washer in the kitchen, just in time for it to be removed. I'd easily recommend Ian to others.

Ian did an excellent job. He completely refitted the toilet (which had originally been fitted by another company) to rectify the errors which led to the leak. He let me know when he was on his way and left everything clean and tidy.

My cloakroom toilet developed a leak. I contacted Ian and he visited the same day to assess problem. He arranged to return within 2 days to replace leaking flexi pipe and return all affected units to their original position. Ian is pleasant and professional. Excellent job. Wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Fitted new cable and flushing mechanism for concealed toilet which required a bit of carpentry work to gain access. Also new kitchen sink tap with altered pipework and valves to enable easier future access. Repaired poor toilet flush with new diaphragm. Responded quickly to my request for work, everything completed quickly to a highly satisfactory standard. All left clean and tidy. Fully recommended plumber.
