    Boiler Service after moving into a new house.

    Ian came over to service our boiler and show us how to use the thermostat as we had just moved in. He was very helpful and explained to us the things we needed to look out for. Efficient and a quick communicator with a resonable charge - thanks Ian!

    Noise in boiler

    I hired Ian to repair a boiler that was making some intermittent noise. He visited the house and agreed to fix the problem. At the end I paid £300. After he left the house the boiler started the same noise again. Ever since I am trying to reach him but no answer from him. He doesn't reply my phone calls or messages. Not a trustworthy plumber

    1 ) I attended the property times and I arrived on time, took all COVID precautions. 2) I did not make a mess. 3) I am always polite 4) I have been in my trade for 38 years and have always worked to the best of my ability. 5) yes I did stop responding to the landlord ( who I have not met) after they would not accept the boiler has numerous faults due to lack of maintenance.

    CP12 gas safety insepction

    Had a very smooth experience with Ian. He was punctual, proactive and charged a very reasonable fee for the work. Will definitely look to use Ian's services again for any future work.

    Fixed and serviced our boiler

    Ian Norman was very prompt on arrival and fixed and serviced our boiler keeping it going as he always has done.

    Replaced automactic bypass valve

    After the initial query, Ian replied promptly with a very reasonable quote and offered to complete the work in the same day. He has the G3 qualification to work on unvented system and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of HTG/DHW. When I asked technical questions about things in HTG/DHW unrealted to the job, Ian was very polite and gave honest answers. I sense no intention to sell potentially unnecessary products/services. Despite some unexpected complex pipework, the job is finished with high standards and there is nothing I am unhappy about.
