Water tank installation
Reached out to several plumber about water issues to the shower. Alan responsed quickly and was able to visit and diagnose the issue. The problem required a new water tank which he was able to arrange and install. The issue is now resolved. Blocked sinks
Alan contacted me quickly and arranged to view the issue. He was polite and friendly and arranged to return later in the week. Unfortunately, he was unable to come on the pre-arranged day because a wrong part was ordered by the shop. However, he was super helpful and communicative, he arranged to return at the weekend. Both Alan and his apprentice took care to make sure that my sinks and drains were left in a much better state, and got rid of the dreadful water hammering noise that I was experiencing!
