toilet leak

Fantastic work, reassuring and greatly priced
We called Shaun last night about a radiator leak, and words cannot describe how reassuring he was. He asked for whatsapp photos and told us that we would be wasting money calling out for an emergency. He came over the next day, and not only did he fix the leak, but he installed new pipes and reassured us that everything was a ok. Replaced water tanks with unvented cylinder

Would not use again
Shaun came to install a new boiler for me. Unfortunately, less than 2 months after the boiler was installed it started leaking and could not be used as water could not be topped up. I tried to contact Shaun but had no response even though I was still supposed to be in my warranty period. Sorry to hear that- and apologies I was in America for the World Cup and didn’t take my work phone. You contact the boiler manufacturer as they cover the warranty- not the installer. Thanks Shaun
