  Regular weekly cleans

  Their standard of cleaning is pretty good and we've almost always been happy with the work completed. Their payment terms have always been invoice upon completion, payment within 7 days of invoice. On 22nd Sept we received an email from them about some "exciting news", they were changing their payment terms from being weekly paid in arrears to being paid 1 month in advance, with just 1 weeks’ notice until this change came in to effect. Today, on the day of our clean, because I hadn't paid in a timely manner they cancelled our regular clean with just 3 hours notice. Absolutely awful behaviour!

  We’ve explained our payment policy over about 7 back and forth emails with the client who refused to accept our terms. We informed the client that we will be returning their house key and cancelling the service. Immediately after that we received the payment and an email expecting us to complete the clean. We refunded the money and returned the keys as soon as it was possible. At iKlean we do not tolerate rude and abusive behaviour.

  Pre-tenancy clean of a 1 bedroom flat.

  Deep clean

  Dee and Karolina did a deep spring clean on our home for us and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The house was sparkling clean and spotless when we got home, everything we had asked for had been done and to an excellent standard. We’ve had so many awful experiences with cleaners in the past who cut corners and just try to get the job done whereas with iKlean we feel as if they look after your home as if it was their own. We are extremely happy customers and would recommend iKlean to everyone.

  Regular weekly cleaning

  I have a regularly weekly clean from the girls, it takes an hour and they do a thorough job, are always friendly and communicate well if they need to change the day or time.

  Cleaning 3 bedroom house once a week.

  I highly recommend. I have never seen my house so clean. Use all their own products too. I could clean my house for hours and still not get it as clean as they do. Makes such a difference.
