• Complete shower room refurbishment

  Ili removed all the old fittings, dealt with the problems encountered underneath, fitted complete new shower, and moved the position of toilet and sink. Nothing was too much trouble, he always responded very quickly to phone calls and dealt immediately with the issues we had at the end of the fitting. His attention to detail and finish was excellent, he kept to his initial quote despite extra work needing to be done on the walls and he provided skirting board and taps. It was such a pleasure to have such a courteous, trustworthy, and genuine person working for us in the house. Many thanks Ili

• Toilet cistern seal replacement

  Ili was quick to reply and arrange a visit. He assed the problem, ordered the part and promptly came back to fix our bathroom toilet. He also helped me with a different issue that came up in between visits; he identified the issue as a problem the bathtub thermostatic mixing valve and sorted it right away. He was clear and upfront in terms of costs, was always friendly and polite, and worked to a very high standard. I would be very happy to recommend him and will certainly contact him again in future.
