Kitchen sink unblocked
Plumber contact promptly after submitting job even though it was late in the evening to arrange call out. Appointment was within 48 hours (and would have been with 24 if not for my availability). Issue was fixed promptly and explained plainly to me afterwards with advice to help avoid problems in the future. Replacing a burst pipe.

Quick fix and great service on a shower leak

Superb response and reasonably priced
My tenant sent me a video of their blocked sink at 2300hrs on a Friday. I could not let them wait until Monday and so on Saturday morning at 0715, I sent a plumber request to checkatrade. Within a minute, Sonny from Impeccable 24hr Plumbers called me and told me he could be at the address by 0900. He was enthusiastic and quoted me a very reasonable price for a call out. He was there by 0900, he then fixed the problem and sent me a message a video of the sink in working order.
