  Load bearing wall removal

  Internal wall was removed along with electrics, radiators and door was blocked up. Simon and Graham do top notch work and are transparent in their pricing. Can't fault the experience at all and will be returning to them for future projects.

  Door into garage, Inc installation of lintel, brickwork and plastering

  I can thoroughly recommend Simon, Graham and Dan from Imperial Builders. They were very good and tidy. The plastering matches in very well with the existing wall. Had a small problem but Simon can back and easily rectified. Sometimes you only know how good a company is if something goes wrong and how they deal with it.

  Just had our conservatory repaired by Simon and Graham - really difficult job actually and completed with care and patience. We have another project up coming and will use them again without hesitation!

  Wow what can I say ? I was in a sticky situation where I urgently needed to divide a bedroom for my 2 boys , I contacted them and they were more than happy to squeeze me in and cater for the job at swift speed , they were friendly , experienced and helpful and discussed everything down to the last detail from start to finish , the job was completed swiftly and professionally would definitely recommend to others in the future , thanks guys

  Garage extension, outbuilding extension, media wall, porch refurb, simmed floor

  Absolutely terrible service from Simon, Graham was a lovely guy, came did his job and left but dealing with Simon has been very hard work, we weren’t happy with some of the work carried out we requested that the leaking porch that the guys had done be fixed and as requested they did show up numerous times and told us they had fixed the problem sadly it’s never been sorted and we have lost faith in getting them to do the job properly and gone to another builder who was shocked by their work and has informed us to contact trading standards, would not recommend if you want it doing properly

  We are sorry there has been a leak in the roof. We attended immediately after being told around 6 months ago and repaired the leak and only recently found out there was still an issue. We offered to return to fix this without question but were told they didn’t want us to. We were surprised about the comments on my communication as I felt we had got on well with these customers and were polite and respectful throughout as evidenced in our other reviews. We remain willing to reattend to fix the problem.

  Initially we wanted some remedial work carried out on our garage which they quoted for and Graham and Simon carried it out very professionally and well. During this time we mentioned other jobs, some small some larger, that we were desperate to get done. Again Simon quoted for these and Graham, Stewart and Sean completed them all exceptionally well. In particular a very overgrown, neglected area at the back of our garage. What a transformation, Stewart and Graham cleared the area and Sean laid the paving and turf and we now have an area where we can sit and enjoy the summer. Fantastic
