New front door lock.
We had a sticky front door lock that was getting really difficult to open easily. I spoke to Steve about the problem, he came around to see the lock for himself and went through different replacement options and prices on the same day. An easy and efficient service.

Broken handle on yale lock on front door.
Great experience all round from Steve. In touch out of hours within a very short time after posting the job and came out the next day to do the work. Fixed the lock very quickly and also tightened the door hinges that had cause the (heavy) door to rub against the door frame as the root cause of the damage to the handle. Great guy, highly recommended.

Fixed mechanism on front door
Steve messaged me straight away when we needed our front door fixed. We were unable to open the door and he came at our earliest convenience. He was very honest about costing and checked with me before going ahead with any work. He arrived on time and was easy to talk to, I can’t recommend him enough!

Broken bedroom window handle
Great job, Steve was communicative, responsive, neat, polite and reasonably priced too. Turned up when he said he would, carried out an additional job for me with the front door lock and headed off. Can’t speak highly enough about the services. Would recommend to anyone needing a locksmith.
