Reasonable quote for a minor bodywork repair. Carried out within a few days and perfectly done. Have added to favourites and would happily use again.

As this is my first car, I wasn’t sure what the issue might be. I contacted Insignia and received an almost immediate reply from Jeremy. After sending photos, Jeremy explained that the car had previously been repainted and that moisture had gotten under the door paint. I was given a quote which I was happy with. The man who spray painted my car reassured me that this was the only affected area, which was a relief. The work carried out was well worth the money. Very polite and professional, and the job was completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I called Insignia for a quote after I damaged my door whilst pulling out of a car parking space. They were hugely helpful, approachable and supportive - even staying open slightly later than usual so I could rake the car in to be looked at for a quotation. They managed to fit my car in the following day and repaired it so it looked like new. The price quoted was £250 cheaper than other places and felt reasonable considering the work completed. All in all, it was a very impressive interaction and I will certainly use them again, if the need should ever arise.

Found through Checkatrade. Had quite bad panel damage to lower driver door area of a 2022Mokka SRI. Called in to see Gary at Insignia. He confirmed he could repair and provided a quote on the spot. This was very competitive in comparison to other quotes. Dropped the car off on a Thursday morning and it was ready for collection the next Saturday morning. The repair was immaculate and just like new. A 100% excellent job. Gary is truly professional, friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend based on my personal experience and would use Insignia again without question.
