  Excellent product and service worth the little bit extra

  Fantastic experience from start to finish. Super quick survey appointment, measured, discussed options and prices - no pressure sales. On installation day the workmen were friendly, super tidy and incredibly efficient. There are cheaper options but this is a superior product and service with a lifetime guarantee. Definitely worth it and highly recommend them.

  Loft boarding, light and ladder installation

  Fantastic service from Instaloft. I had 4 companies come out to quote and I felt that Instaloft were honest and not pushy which I appreciated. They had also been recommended by a friend which gave me more confidence. On the day of installation, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the workman and couldn’t believe he got it all done by lunchtime. No mess left and clear explanation provided on how to use and maintain. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

  A warranty that works!

  I can't praise the Instaloft team highly enough. I always believe the true measure of great customer service is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and Instaloft exceeded all my expectations. After three years, our loft hatch started to develop a fault. I sent a quick email on a Sunday evening, received a call first thing Monday, and by Wednesday afternoon the team had already replaced it and had everything working like new.   Terrible attitude and rude. Presumably not happy he couldn't push a sale.

  I am really unimpressed with the service I received, and not sure what impression I gave, but being accused of being cagey and untrusting (the worst he'd ever seen) is not a constructive approach to a home survey and quote process. The only thing I can gauge is that I may have seemed concerned as it was being presented as a much bigger job than I thought. However no details discussed and I never received the quote for works. Incredibly rude to talk to me like that in my house and I did not do anything wrong. Would not recommend and will follow his advice to use someone else.

  Sam was fantastic from the very first appointment. He carried out the survey, provided a clear and competitive quote, and offered continuous support throughout the process, always being available to answer any questions I had. Michael and Ethan, the fitters, were equally fantastic. They worked tirelessly in extremely hot temperatures in the loft and did an amazing job.
