front door lock very very stiff, struggled to open from the inside
arrived on time, very clear communication and had all the tools needed. Explained all the issues clearly and was transparent on what was needed. replaced the lock and provided 5 keys. very good price, would 100% recommend. Had a look at a window lock for us free of charge too.

Change of locks

Locks changed
I wanted my locks changed as we moved into a new home. Nick was able to change locks smoothly around the chaos in my house. He was professional, really easy going and super pleasant. I know exactly who I would contact for locks and glass replacements & it's him. No surprises there! Couldn't be happier with the work carried out & thank you again for always keeping me informed we ith locks and what suited us best!
