  Plastering, rendering, skimming, drylining in living room/diner

  Worst experience with a tradesman. Delayed to start. These guys took out my ground floor chimney breast but failed to put in any support to hold up the bricks and weight of the first floor chimney. John texted us to say he injured his back and needed time but did not advise how to avoid collapse of upstairs chimney breast so we were left in very dangerous situation. Other tradesmen were horrified to see the state of the place. Ironically upon quotation he kept saying he's no cowboy. Refuses to answer phone and has cost us £ to hold our furniture in storage and reverse damaged walls. Botched job!!

  I was in hospital for 10 days and I advised the customer that I was. I worked one day in the house and I didn’t not charge a penny. I spent money on materials and this shall be at my loss.

  Whole apartment refurbishment.

  The forman Claudio-John bring to my apartment really nice group of tilers, gas engineer, electrician for whole refurbishment of my apartment. The price for the job was reasonable and I accepted without thinking twice. I will sure recommend them because : -I'm satisfied with the quality of their work; - They are really good young people with a cheerful positively which makes the normal day different; -They planned the job really well , good time management; -They answered all my needs to keep me and my wife happy .

  Complete bathroom tiling, lighting, plumbing and install of bathroom fixtures and shower pump

  The builder first tried charging extra for electrical work after sending a different 'electrician' to ask for payment. The tiling had to be redone in different sections a few times (lucky I was home) and did not tilt floor tiles correctly. Damaged bath while drilling with impact drill. Damaged new shower pump by bending flexi hose trapping water coming in. Bath install wrong, not level and panel not fitting on side. Silicone on edge of bath needs re-doing too. Grouting of tiles has many holes which needs re-doing and spacers visible. Refusing to answer call now to install replaced...

  Laminate flooring laid

  Unfortunately the finish was really poor. Gaps were left, the skirting ribbon was not fitted correctly and grey putty was left exposed.

  I am upset to have received this feedback. The customer was at work when I did the works and when they came home they bought concerns to my attention. I said I was sorry and offered to come back and resolve the matter but the customer said that she did not want this. I tried to resolve the issues with the customer and to repair my mistake but sadly was not given the opportunity. I pride myself on my workmanship as you can see form all my other feedback's.
