  Ian was helpful, friendly and informative when we were designing the bathroom. He turned to exactly when he said he would and communicated with us through the process. Completely transformed our bathroom.

  Toilet Repair

  Ian fixed my broken toilet. He did a good job, and took the time to explain what the problem was and how the repair would address this. He even fixed an issue with the toilet seat which wasn't relevant to the job I was paying him for, for no extra charge! Good communication, did everything he said he would and was punctual. Thank you Ian!

  New bathroom fitting

  Thanks so much Ian and Matthew for fitting the new bathroom for us. Ian is reasonable, reliable, dedicated, and professional, one who is willing to go the extra mile. Much appreciated. We were impressed that he is not only a good communicator who kept us well informed of his progress and plans every step of the way but also a patient tutor who provided detailed guidance to Matthew, his apprentice.
