Inability to lock uPVC door.
Joe managed to fix the issue within 10 min of arrival, and rather than leaving, he continued to spend the rest of the hour realigning the door preventing future issues. He went beyond what we asked without charging us extra.

We wanted a lock put on our bedroom door.
Joe was quick to reply to my enquiry and came around that evening to see the door so that he knew what to bring. He installed the lock the very next day. It was an awkward door, being an extremely old house, but he did a superb job. Works perfectly and the lock is very sympathetic to the house. Joe is not only very personable, cheerful and easy to have in the house, but also extremely professional. Very impressed with how he kept in touch via WhatsApp so that when he was slightly delayed due to traffic I was kept aware. Would definitely ask him for any future work required.

Customer had lost the key to this mortice lock, I was able to pick it open to measure the lock and pick the door shut again. Ordered the correct part and returned to fit.

Handles were wrong so new ones installed, note how the euro cylinder is flush with the handles helping to prevent burglar's snapping the euro cylinder.

Replacement British Standard rim cylinder for a night latch on a property for the new home owner.
