We have three computors and two printers, Mark have worked on all with good results

Diagnosing fault with computer hard drive, restting and fitting new.
Mark came out to us as soon as he was available. He always attends promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and reported back on a resolution and cost. He also informed us of the likely timescale before the computer would be back in use. The problem was resolved a day earlier than we anticipated. As always Mark was courteous, polite, informative and very reassuring. Thanks to his speedy response there has been little negative impact on the business.
