Review of Ivanov Building & Decoration Ltd: Official Building Control Intervention
We hired this company for an extension, resulting in severe structural defects. Building Control inspected and failed the work for poor workmanship. We had to hire a new team to strip it back and rebuild. ā¢ No Wall Ties: New brick walls were left completely detached from our house. ā¢ Crooked Bricks: Upper walls were visibly out of plumb by 15mm over 1m. ā¢ Roof Leak Risk: Built at a 12.8Ā° pitch, but tiles required a 17.5Ā° minimum. ā¢ Wrong Screws: Used cheap screws instead of structural nails for roof supports. Unreliable and missed dates led to a formal dispute. there more to this. Avoid them.Job location: OL6RBilly M10 Builder

Extension and renovations
We contacted Ivanov to discuss the renovation of our house to accommodate our growing family. From that initial phone call he's always been on hand, even at inconvenient hours, to advise, help and has pulled out all the stops to make it happen for us. He has guided us well through the whole process and at every stage has checked in to make sure we were happy with the work. Ivano and his team has done a great job of refurbishing my house. They are the most hardworking team that I ever used in UK. They even worked during weekends and bank holidays!
