Flat roof replacement
Stuart's team fitted a new flat roof on my garage which is supposed to allow rain water to run off into a gutter but they fitted a lip at the end so all the water just pools on top. It has been leaking for the past year and a half and as Stuart gave me a 10 year guarantee on the roof, I thought he would come back to fix the leak, but he is not interested. He promises to come and fix it but never turns up and now after a year of trying to get it fixed, he just ignores my calls. New kitchen, general decor, odd jobs
Good, honest builders are hard to find, so we were very pleased to find Jacksonwise. Thorough scope of work and estimate, straightforward, very flexible when we requested change, transparent pricing, nice people!. Importantly, high standard of work. Extension to rear of property inc new kitchen fitted and under stairs cupboards and flooring.
We are very pleased with the work done - everything is of very high quality. Stuart is great to work with, he keeps us informed, and has helped us through the process of organising building regs, ordering kitchen etc and always helpful with ideas and suggestions. He is always keen to ensure customers are completely happy. The whole team is a pleasure to have around and work hard, reliably turning up when agreed. My name is Stuart Jackson and I have been a builder for over ten years. I have worked self-employed for most of that time and with hard work and good customer referrals, my business has gradually grown. My company, Jacksonwise Builders, became limited in the beginning of 2013.
I am lucky to have a great team of people working with me. Jacksonwise Builders' tradesmen have many years of experience and are honest and friendly people. I always get good feedback from customers about my team of guys. In addition, there is an apprentice working with us learning the skills to become a bricklayer/general builder. He has a lot to learn, but is showing excellent potential to becoming a quality builder in the future.
My company specialises in extensions, kitchen/bathroom fittings, garage conversions, and loft conversions. However, we are a fully qualified building crew and would be happy to quote for any related jobs big or small.
