5-star service from JAG remedials!
I can't praise JAG remedials highly enough! Alan and his team are a fantastic team who carried out a course of damp proofing on our property. Communication from Jess and Alan was first-class. Aldo is a fine plasterer and Jim is very skilled at what he does. They showed up on time every day at 8am and got on with the job. I found everyone at JAG to be hardworking, friendly and down to earth, and they did a cracking job. They were also immaculate in their cleanup following the work. Highly Recommended - Excellent Work
We've just had our cellar damp-proofed by JAG Remedials as well as a few areas in our house where there was poor air flow. From the beginning communication was excellent. Jessica kept me up to date with everything, and Alan explained clearly what needed doing. I never felt like I was being upsold and was given a comprehensive quote. The work itself was done to a really high standard and the whole team were friendly, professional and flexible. I am so pleased with the cellar - it is beyond my expectations. Great service
Would definitely recommend Alan and the team. I needed a damp survey done having just bought a house, and they took the time to properly assess what was needed and and clearly listed the areas that needed doing along with quotes. Communication was great and Jess was quick to respond and organise the work once I'd moved in.
