Highly Recommended - Excellent Work
We've just had our cellar damp-proofed by JAG Remedials as well as a few areas in our house where there was poor air flow. From the beginning communication was excellent. Jessica kept me up to date with everything, and Alan explained clearly what needed doing. I never felt like I was being upsold and was given a comprehensive quote. The work itself was done to a really high standard and the whole team were friendly, professional and flexible. I am so pleased with the cellar - it is beyond my expectations. Great service
Would definitely recommend Alan and the team. I needed a damp survey done having just bought a house, and they took the time to properly assess what was needed and and clearly listed the areas that needed doing along with quotes. Communication was great and Jess was quick to respond and organise the work once I'd moved in. Skimming of stairs and bedroom
I’d highly recommend JAG Remedials. They recently skimmed my stairs, landing and front bedroom, and I’m really pleased with the results. Phil did an excellent job — the finish is great, he worked professionally throughout, and he made sure the house was kept as tidy as possible while the work was being done. Wall tanking, plastering, plumbing.
JAG replied quickly. We wanted the work completed asap as we are selling our parents property. JAG managed to fit our work in sooner as they were in front with another job. The initial work of tanking and plastering a partition wall was extended to include a ceiling and wall in another room. Another job arose where a plumber was needed and JAG sourced a plumber and managed that job for us too. Damp survey resulting in assessment and quote for work
Alan came to do a damp survey on my property and produced an easy to understand report and quotation for remedial work. He was also kind enough to call me and talk me through it and offer plenty of reassurance. I booked in for the work- some timber treatment and repair work in the roof space. All comms from both Alan and Jess were great, polite and helpful. Alan always answered the phone when I had questions! On the day he arrived with two others and they quickly went about conducting the treatment and took photos of the roof space before and after to show me what had been done.
