Excellent from start to finish! Had several rooms downstairs damp proofed and plastered. Clear communication and work carried out was to high standard. JAG Remedials came to investigate damp issue, they came on time and provided full details of issues found and delivered a quote via email, after accepting the quote we were given a time a d date for the work to be started/completed which was accurate. The owner of JAG Remedial's Alan visited our property and identified the damp issue we had . He marked the walls affected and the height . JAG Remedials Ltd was born from a family of already well experienced tradesmen. We started off as your simple maintenance company, but as time has passed, we've allowed ourselves to grow as a business and expand to what has now become our speciality, remedial works.
The company has over 30 years’ experience in damp proofing alone. We have worked with both domestic and commercial clients, allowing us to feel comfortable in any working environment. Numerous landlords with large portfolios use us as their primary contact regarding any remedial work. This gives us the chance to use our customer relations expertise on both clients and their tenants as well. As our great feedback shows we take our reputation very seriously and pride ourselves on dealing with any situation in a fair and professional manner.
Depending on the type of work you have done, most of our damp proofing work comes with a 10-year guarantee, and you will receive a certificate upon completion of the work to show this. Any other work you have completed by us comes with a 12-month guarantee.
