  Technical drawings and planning support for a single storey rear extension

  James has been a pleasure to work with when planning our extension. For novices like us he made the process easy, right through from understanding our needs at the outset, holding our hand through the planning process, and for any follow up questions we’ve had. I can’t recommended him highly enough.

  Dormer Loft conversion

  Great service with great communication, the job couldn't have gone beter even when we requested changes to the drawings some 6 months later James was happy to help and gave a speedy turn round. Look forward to working with again soon.

  Design and plans drawn of a steel balcony

  JAG TECHNICAL SERVICES LTD designed and provided plans for a steel balcony at my home including submission of plans to the Local Authority. James also liaised with the relevant professionals required to complete structural calculations and an Environment Impact Assessment. I was constantly kept informed of updates during the process. I highly recommend this efficient and very organised company.

  Design and Planning Application

  James was highly-recommended by a family member. He was extremely user-friendly and his attention to detail/patience whilst successfully tackling planning issues and overcoming all problems was superb. Even including sourcing of builders and ongoing support - would not use anyone else - Susie Yeo
