  Highly recommend these guys. Really easy to communicate with, flexible with appointments and they're really nice and polite when they come over :) Work was finished to a really good standard, no messing about, they just get on with it. Really reasonable prices too which is always a bonus and won't rip you off like other companies I've used! Thanks guys for your help - I'll give you a shout when the next disaster strikes haha!

  Won't recommend for boiler servicing

  Hired him to change a kitchen tap and service my boiler. The tap work was fine, and he arrived on time. After servicing the boiler, quoted £200 to replace expansion vessel. We agreed on 03/12/24, but my boiler broke down before then. He rescheduled for 07/12/24, then rearranged to 08/12/24. Canceled again, arrived 09/12/24, no apology. Didn’t install expansion vessel, told me I needed to replace the boiler. He left a printout of order for the part, dated 03/12/24 (original appointment). Another plumber has fixed the boiler, it’s worked fine since. I wouldn't recommend him, unreliable.

  Thank you for the recent review! Upon checking back through the diary your boiler broke down 2 months after it was serviced in which I clearly noted on the service report that the expansion vessel will need to be replaced as soon as possible. Weeks went on and still no contact to get it booked in. Whilst on site we helped fix your washing machine as a gesture of goodwill which you never mentioned on this review.

  Bathroom work

  Jordan has come to the house a number of times previously and arrived yesterday to complete works in the middle bathroom. Always spot on re time, price and tidy and professional. Such a pleasure to have this firm attend and cannot recommend enough. You don’t need to look elsewhere.

  Central heating repair

  For years no one could solve pressure loss in my boiler. Those who came, gave different reasons. Several said it may be a leak in pipework somewhere under floorboards etc Jordan found it in a valve in the airing cupboard and changed it.
