James was efficient and courteous. He helped us choose a suitable replacement shower, supplied and fitted it plus a new fuse. We then discovered there was a fault with the electric supply cable so it wouldn't work properly. I was recommended James by my builder. Throughout my whole project, James and Jack have, by far, been the most professional and pleasant to work with. The quality of work and communication throughout was excellent and the price was reasonable. James gave very good advice, was helpful and patient given my lack of knowledge and experience and never took advantage of this.
