Super efficient service. Arrived on time, very personable and helpful. Fair charges and clearly an expert in his work. John took all necessary safety precautions and resolved our problem swiftly and effectively. He also guarantees his work which is re-assuring. Pest prevention - ants in cavity wall in my house
J&J Pest Prevention be provided a very professional service. They attended promptly, assessed the problem, then dealt with it. They also will return in two weeks time if a second treatment is necessary.

Lack of pest control.
Very disappointed with my experience. Having been recommended him through a friend I hired him as I had rodents in my cavity wall. His method was to put poison in my roof but stressed if it were ever to go away we must find the entry point. Something he never found. When my house went on the market mid treatment he effectively checked out and told me they were gone. I paid him but the rodents have not gone. When I asked him to come back he ignored my messages. If only the pests were as elusive as the pest controller. I have now hired someone else. Think twice before hiring.

A successful treatment was completed 22nd Feb after several visits with no activity. You contacted me some 2 months later with a new infestation. I replied directly to action on my return from holiday, unfortunately you have denied me the opportunity.
