Toilet was taking ages to refill after flushing but once I'd replaced a washer, it wasn't stopping!
Jimmy came the day after contacting me and had the flush working again within half an hour or so. He replaced the rubber diaphragm washer I had fitted as it wasn't the correct one (!) and he also replaced the flush valve which had a broken part inside. He communicated throughout so I knew what he was doing and why. As a woman it's sometimes awkward speaking with tradesmen but Jimmy came across as honest, reliable and decent.
