  Ceramic Tiling

  Posted 08 October

  Bathroom tiling.

Jack was very professional and kept us informed the whole way through our bathroom that was done in March. (My fault I haven’t posted a review sooner!) Very reasonable with the price and always explained with receipts what was being used so there was no hidden costs. He assured us that he could make our job work without having to change plans. His skills don’t end at tiling also, there was some odds bits that needed looking at and was more than happy to help us out. Couldn’t be happier with our bathroom, would 100% use him again for any other projects that would require his skills.

Creating a pitch in bathroom for tiles to help drainage

Engaged Jack to carry out tile remedial works around the bath. What started as a cracked tile turned out to be significant rot in the timber behind, which he identified and dealt with rather than simply tiling over. Good communication throughout, including clear updates on when the work would be finished. He worked around a fitted bath to rebuild the corner and get it watertight. Friendly and happy to show me what he was doing and explain why at each stage, which I appreciated, it’s always good to understand it yourself. Tiling finish is neat and the bath junctions were properly finished.

Kitchen splashback re-tile - very happy with Jack's work

Jack did a great job of removing and re-tiling my kitchen splashback. Very neat job, good price and Jack was a pleasure to work with. All completed as quoted and to the timescales he quoted. Would definitely use Jack again.

  Beautiful kitchen tiling

Wonderful work by Jack on a section of our kitchen wall, beautiful and tidy finish. Jack is a fantastic communicator and also provided a competitive quote. Works were completed in a timely manner and to high quality. It can sometimes be hard to book tilers for smaller jobs like this one so grateful to Jack for finding time for us.
