While I did not require the services - JB were quick to respond and open and clear communications
Not very impressed
I wanted to get a Gas Pipe shortened, I received an email telling me someone was interested in the job, they did not contact me, I phoned them using the number passed on to me and they were very offhand and said that I needed a plumber??? I said, what a plumber to alter a Gas pipe, they said yes, I left it at that feeling very let down and a bit confused.
Diagnose induction hob fault.
From the first phone call to job completion the service was excellent. Jerry diagnosed a new hob was needed as the spare part was not cost effective. He returned to fit the new unit at no further cost than the original very reasonable call out fee. Excellent customer service all round. Would highly recommend this company.
Oven repair
From start to finish, the service I received from JB Domestics has been first class. From the ease of the initial booking (and really handy text the night before giving me a time slot for the work being done), to the great work and advice from Joe. The whole issue was sorted quickly and efficiently, with every detail explained to me. They’ve proved to be a great find and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
