  Washing machine repairs

  Amy from the admin team was very understanding and addressed my needs and concerns. While other providers gave me expensive and varying quotes, Ian and his team were outstanding. Ian worked carefully, stayed until the issue was fully resolved, and ensured the machine was working perfectly. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. Truly grateful for their exceptional service and support.

  Freezer not working

  Within 30 minutes of submitting the job request, Ian was in contact. After chatting through possible issues on the phone, and suggesting possible fixes, an appointment was made to pop round to look at the freezer the following day. Unfortunately the issue was not able to be resolved - fridge freezers don't last like they used to! Ian discussed in length the pros and cons of new freezer models and offered any future phone advice should it be required. Ian was friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.

  Fantastic service, knowledgeable team, and reasonably priced - 11 out of 10!

  To cut a long story short, no one had managed to fix our range cooker and Ian perserved for a long time, and in a dilligent and knowledgeable way to get to the bottom of the problem and fix it. His approach and attention to detail - he ensured the range was returned to a tight position and even wiped the floor to secure a 11/10 for me. This company did not rip us off like pretty much everyone else I have dealt with and who didn't fix it. In fact they did the total opposite - genuine and reasonably priced too.

  Though Matt was unable to repair our appliance he arrived early next day after I made the call. He did a thorough check and explained what he was doing all through the call. He made a call to Caple service dept who suggested the part he might need though that wasn't guaranteed. Price of the part was very expensive so as no guaranty that this was the problem we have decided to source another machine. Matt was brilliant though

  Marvellous Service - 10/10!!!

  I messaged these in the morning and Ian from JB Domestics came that same afternoon and fixed the issue with my Gas Cooker. He was knowledgeable, had a wealth of experience, was friendly and polite and did not overcharge even though he did a couple of extra bits. It was a refreshing change for somebody to communicate when they were arriving too. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to anybody else. 10/10 service!!!
