Amazing service. Was in a real pickle with the front door and JB Locksmith helped big time and the price he quoted was the price I paid! (That has never happened with my prior experiences with locksmiths) Would highly recommend.

The tradesperson arrived in very good time after I put out the call. He not only fixed the problem (a broken bolt on a patio door frame), but took some time to remove and replace the whole mechanism, and to check the alignment of all other bolts. Very satisfied by the work done.

Jon is an absolute superstar! Speedy and efficient communication, excellent quality work and a lovely person. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with help at the house in central Oxford. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JB Locksmiths!

Our patio door lock didn't work and we needed a couple of other locks replaced or serviced and some new keys. Jon came out at a day's notice, repaired and serviced the patio doors, ordered a new lock for another door and cut some keys. Polite, efficient and knowledge able, overturned after a cold of days to for the new lock. Excellent, reliable service at a competitive price. Recommended and we'll deeserving of his 5* rat ing.
