Dealing with Jon was easy and effective. He fixed the gearbox of the multipoint lock system in < 30 min, explaining what the issue was. I have no hesitation to recommend him.

Communication and punctuality was perfect!

Jon provided locksmith services to us on two separate occasions recently when we had a problem with the locking mechanism on both our front and back doors. On both occassions Jon was super quick to respond, coming out on the same day. He was able to provide a temporary fix for one door whilst awaiting a part - ensuring security of our home and then returned as soon as the part came in. On the other occasion he was able to immediately fix the problem. He is professional, diligent and thorough, and I completely trust his work ethic and reliability to get the job done. Highly recommend.
