  James is honestly the best tradesman we have ever had. We could not be more pleased with both his workmanship and his work ethic. Throughout our bathroom refit, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. He was always punctual, kept the work area clean and tidy, and communicated clearly with us at every stage of the project. His attention to detail was exceptional, and the finished bathroom exceeded our expectations.   Fantastic plumber

  We could not recommend James more highly. From our initial contact, coming round to quote through to actually undertaking the installation of our radiators James was professional, friendly and responsive. His quote was fair and he did a fantastic job installing 9 radiators throughout our house, he was very tidy and considerate throughout the work. The re-piping and hanging was done to a very high standard with a real eye for detail. We will definitely be using him for our next plumbing job.

  The best tradesman I’ve found so far! Incredible chap

  James is an absolute diamond! Incredibly professional and goes an extra mile constantly to resolve any issues I’ve had with my house. I recently moved into an 1900 cottage, riddled with issues. James has been an absolute godsend in getting my heating sorted, with a new boiler, tanks and radiators all fitted. Calm, and never was anything too much of an ask (even came out to fix an issue late on weekend without question, when we had no heating due to an electrical issue). Literally can’t champion this guy enough and I foresee myself using him for every job moving forward. 👌👌

  James was proactive and friendly in communicating and using a video I made of the job, came up with a very reasonable quote and timeframe. He was helpful when choosing the radiators to use. He arrived on time (early morning to suit me) and put in a big day of very thorough work to get the job done in a day (staying for nearly 12 hours). He was very nice to deal with and I trusted him to be in the house completely. James explained what had been done in a very personable way. The bill came in exactly as quoted despite the very long day of work. The radiators are fitted perfectly. Very happy!
