  Great!

  Jeff was quick to reply to my problem and gave me a solution over the phone, he then sent me some replacement taps and was really helpful in picking up one for me. He was here the next morning and our tap is no longer making a noise so loud I thought a neighbour might complain! If recommend Jeff for any job, he is super friendly and got straight to the problem for us, and talked through all of it so even I would understand :)

  A quality and experienced multi skilled craftsman!

  In our main bathroom Jeff replaced the bath with a full width shower unit. This included retiling three walls,, the plumbing and fitting of the shower unit and other difficult and intricate work on the adjoining wall. Jeff is punctual, cheerful, hard working and meticulous with his finishing. Everything he has done has been to a high standard and we are very happy with his work! I would thoroughly recommend him and will definitely employ him for any future work we need.

  Refit bathroom

  We were misled from the start paying £2,500 upfront to secure tradesmen to find Jeff is a one man band! The shower was fitted incorrectly & moved, the water didn’t drain, the cistern was siliconed to the wall with a rawl plug spacer & the tiling was appalling as no preparation done to the walls & tiles were uneven, badly cut, grouting was uneven, missing, never finished. He was a really messy worker & showed no respect for our property - we now have a hole in the floor, chipped plaster on the stairs & he kept asking for money. Have now ripped bathroom out & starting again.

  Am sorry you are unhappy with the work carried out, the original quote covered removal of the existing bathroom, pipe work alterations, a stud wall & shower tray installation. The full works started, additional work including fitting & plumbing in a new WC & basin were requested & completed at no extra cost. The tile choice was also changed to a smaller slip tile requiring significantly more preparations. When concerns were raised I attended, offered to rectify any issues & agreed a refund of just under 50 % of the contract value.

  Blocked Toilets

  Jeff has proved to be a whole bathroom fitter, beyond that of a 'wet' Plumbing artisan.

  Jeff has recently revamped my two bathrooms, which has involved correcting plastic sewage pipe alignment, replacing floor and wall tiles, plus toilet flush tanks and a ceramic pan. His technical knowledge and temperament while working are impressive and so is the completed quality standard. As such, I have recommended him to others.

  Very high standards and good communication

  Jeff designed and built a complete new bathroom for me including floor and wall tiling new electrics , a walk in shower all to very high standards of workmanship and all within agreed time schedules
