    Having read great reviews on the site I contacted JBT Plumbing regarding a problem with toilet cistern. Russell arrived within a few hours as he said he would, had the relevant part on his van and fixed the problem. He was friendly and polite. I have since asked him to quote for other plumbing work.

    Amazing work by Russell and his team! We had a leak somewhere under our kitchen floor. Russell was able to help when the home emergency insurance let us down. Came over asap, quickly located the leak, lifted the floor up, repaired the cracked pipes and sorted the problem. Put the floor back brilliantly and left the kitchen so clean and tidy you wouldn’t know what had happened. And done in less than a day! Was dreading having this work done because of nightmares others had told me about when they had the same problem. But we had nothing to worry about. Best quote too! Thanks again Russell! 🙏🏾
