Responded very quickly to call and identified problem and solution immediately. Sourced the necessary part and completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. Job location: SW9Do not use this company for blockages. Russell came round and cleared the blockage and assured me his work was guaranteed. When the blockage came back the following day he did not return to sort the issue out. I called another company who came round and unblocked the sink and explained why the sink may block again ( issues with outside stack pipe). They advised me of the measures that would be required if the blockage did come back. This company's guarantee is meaningless10 Replaced a kitchen tap.

Job location: SW20Russell was great. He contacted me I told him what we required he came back with a price, when it could be done and a picture of what we wanted. He turned up on time and set to work straight away. It was all done within the hour. We were very impressed and won’t be looking elsewhere again for a plumber. Others that call back made it all seem really complicated. We will be recommending Russell to friends. A job well done. Over the moon.10 Thank you Russell and Charlie!
