    Very quick service. Had speedy reply from MM appliance. He was very friendly and helpful and offered a timely visit to fix the fault. The fault was fixed by the manufacturer Hoover as still under parts guarantee.

    We had a fault with our washing machine. I called Jake and he came out to look at it the next day. He diagnosed the fault, ordered the part and came back a couple of days later to fit it. He kept me informed of what time he would arrive and was easy to deal with. I'm very happy he was able to get our washer fixed. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
